starttime < '2013/10/0823:59:59:999' )

是选择从2013年4月2号5点到10月8号24点的数据
例如：
2013/04/02 05:00:00-23:59:59
2013/04/03 00:00:00-23:59:59
2013/04/04 00:00:00-23:59:59
.....
2013/10/08 00:00:00-23:59:59
有没有办法变成每天的5点到24的
例如：
2013/04/02 05:00:00-23:59:59
2013/04/03 05:00:00-23:59:59
2013/04/04 05:00:00-23:59:59
.....
2013/10/08 05:00:00-23:59:59

from test where
(
(starttime >= '2013/04/02505:00:00,000' and
